Tools, Tips & How-To’s:

Now you can keep on rockin’. Let me share one of my Secrets of Reinvention™: “You are never too old to rock.”

For years I’ve facilitated Great Ecstasy™ groups incorporating “ecstatic dance movement” into my in-person work. Getting down always works like a charm to shift perspective and reveal something new or that which has been hidden. Moving out of our heads and into our body is invaluable in times like these. It can be as rewarding and even more energizing than meditation—combined these practices provide a way to ensure we stay in motion -- gaining momentum when everything else seems to be stuck in neutral.

Try these easy to follow steps to get return to where your Soul resides-- while releasing powerful energy to fuel your renewal and keep you moving forward as you reinvent your world.

You can do this as often as you like. Please always check with your physician before starting any new activity.

  • Do whatever it takes for you to center. Make sure to take several deep breaths!
  • Turn on some chthonic music -- deep dark and primitive works best. (Anything by Deep Forest or B-Tribe is a great choice.)
  • Notice where you are tight, breathe in to that spot and relax as you exhale.
  • Let the music enter and move through you, do not force yourself to move.
  • Take your time, picking up the pace from your head to toe and back again. (Feel free to chant or sound.)
  • Don’t hold back: let yourself shake, rattle and roll for as long as you like.
  • You may rock so hard you reach ecstasy or melt into a relaxed state of oblivion as you reorder yourSelf.
  • There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Just allow your body to lead you to completion and renewal.

Here's a gift for you that will really help.
